Meals & snacks
Our child nutrition program includes breakfast, lunch and two snacks — one in the morning, one in the afternoon. Every lunch and snack is nutritionally balanced and meets requirements for food components and portion size.
Good nutrition contributes to effective learning: children who eat breakfast solve problems more easily and are less likely to be restless or irritable before lunch.
